Veterinary Technician (Full-Time)

We’re seeking someone who is:

Medical-Related:

  • Phlebotomy and lab sample collection

  • Patient restraint for exams, diagnostics, and procedures

  • Surgical and anesthesia assistance

  • Wound care and bandage application

  • Administering medications and educating clients

  • Monitoring recovery and alerting DVMs to any concerns

  • Familiarity with basic medical equipment (stethoscope, otoscope, etc.)

 

Client Care:

  • Professional and warm communication with clients

  • Supportive guidance for post-visit care

  • Patient check-in/out and basic record entry

 

Clinic Support:

  • General housekeeping and restocking

  • Ability to multitask and help where needed

  • Cross-trained for front desk or phone support a plus

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic (required)

  • Veterinary dermatology or specialty experience is a plus

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs and remain active on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift

  • Dependable attendance, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset

Associate Veterinarian (Full-Time)

As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll play a key role in providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care to our patients. You’ll collaborate closely with our skilled support staff and medical director to ensure every pet and pet owner receives outstanding care.

 

We’re seeking a confident, team-oriented veterinarian who values client education, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to practicing the highest standards of veterinary medicine.

  • Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and treatments for a wide variety of conditions

  • Conduct surgical and dental procedures as needed

  • Develop and communicate detailed treatment plans to pet owners

  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols

  • Support and mentor team members and contribute to a positive clinic culture

  • DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school

  • Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads welcome

  • Strong diagnostic and surgical skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Client Service Representative (Full-Time)

Our Client Service Representatives are the face of our hospital—providing professional, compassionate, and efficient service to clients while supporting the clinical team with scheduling, communication, and follow-up. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where kindness and clarity matter.

 

We value team players who can remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and help clients feel heard and cared for. Our ideal Client Service Representatives is professional, friendly, and understands the importance of the client experience in veterinary care.

  • Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments

  • Communicate treatment plans and updates between doctors and clients

  • Accurately collect payments and maintain client records

  • Support overall hospital flow by coordinating patient intake and discharge

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby

  • 1+ year of experience in a veterinary or medical front desk role (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment

  • Tech-savvy with comfort using veterinary scheduling software

  • Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
