Payment Options

After the Doctor examines your pet, he or she will discuss additional tests or treatments that your pet may need. A vet tech will provide and explain a written estimate of fees associated with the planned procedures. Concierge Veterinary Hospital requires full payment at the time services are rendered.

Hospitalization
If your pet is admitted to the hospital, a deposit equal to the low end of the estimate range will be collected. The staff will keep you informed of your balance on your account on a daily basis. The balance of your invoice will be due in full upon discharge of your pet from the hospital.

Payment Options
Concierge Veterinary Hospital accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash, CareCredit, Scratchpay and pet insurance . In most cases, the pet insurance will reimburse you after you submit your paid receipt.
